Age Verification
3.1 Age Verification Process
ho999 may request a copy of a government-issued ID, National Identity Card (NID), or passport to verify age at any stage. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
3.2 Consequences of Minor Registration
If a user registers by providing a false age and it is later proven that they are under 21 years old, their account will be immediately terminated and all deposited and won funds will be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
ho999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Using third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- Gaming may begin once the deposited amount is confirmed in the account.
- No additional charges apply to the time or amount of a deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
- Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
- Winnings associated with a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ho999 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer may be used only once per user.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
- If the deposited amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- ho999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If evidence of manipulation or system abuse to obtain a bonus is found, the account will be terminated.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets are considered final and cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error. If an internet connection is lost, the outcome of the game in progress is stored on the server and that result will be considered final. Game outcomes on ho999 are determined by a server-side Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Sports Betting
Odds offered in sports betting markets may change over time. Confirm the set odds before placing a bet. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. In live betting, the decision to place a wager is the customer's own.
6.3 Game Rules
Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail within the game interface. It is recommended that you read the rules of the relevant game before you start playing. In the event of any dispute regarding a game, ho999's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 List of Prohibited Conduct
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- Placing artificial bets or manipulating betting patterns to obtain a bonus or promotion.
- Using another person's identity or financial information.
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
- Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
- Intentionally exploiting any flaw or vulnerability in the game system.
- Harassing other users or attempting to cause them harm.
- Placing bets on the account of any employee associated with the platform.

ho999 may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

- By order of a court or relevant authority.
Limitation of Liability

11.2 Liability for Gaming Losses
