ho999's Responsible Gaming Commitment
Play for fun, stay within your limits — ho999 is always here to make sure gaming remains an enjoyable experience.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming is a great form of entertainment — but without limits, it can become a problem.
ho999 believes that online betting and casino gaming is truly enjoyable only when players participate consciously and within their own budget. That is why we have placed responsible gaming at the heart of our platform from the very beginning.
Gaming is entertainment — it is not a source of income. The outcome of gambling is entirely random, and no strategy or method can guarantee consistent wins. Keeping this in mind ensures that playing always stays enjoyable.
ho999 gives every player a range of tools — deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out — so you can always keep your gaming under control. Our support team is available 24/7.
Warning Signs
- Placing larger bets to recover losses
- Taking out loans or dipping into savings to play
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Being unable to stop playing
- Losing focus at work or in studies
- Turning to gaming to relieve anxiety or stress
The Protection Tools at Your Disposal
ho999 gives you every opportunity to control your own gaming.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately; a waiting period applies if you want to increase the limit.
Time-Out
Need a break for a while? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for a set period. It reactivates automatically once the period ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to step away from gaming for an extended period, choose self-exclusion. During this time no promotional emails or offers will reach you. Contact support to activate it.
Loss Limit
Decide in advance how much of a loss you can accept within a given period. When the limit is reached, your session will end automatically.
Session Time Reminder
It is easy to lose track of how long you have been playing. With session reminders turned on, you receive a notification at set intervals — helping you stay aware.
Get Help from Support
For any concern, reach us via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team is always ready to assist in Bengali.
The 21+ Age Limit Policy
ho999 is a platform for adults only.
Registration and play on ho999 is available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Age is verified at account creation and we may ask to see identification at any time.
We are strict about ensuring that minors cannot use this platform in any way. If there are children in your home or nearby, please keep your device and account password secure.
Age Protection Measures
- Use a strong password on your account
- Do not use the "stay logged in" option on shared devices
- Do not leave your device unattended while logged in
- Never share your account credentials
- Do not play or discuss gaming in front of children
Build Healthy Gaming Habits
A few simple habits can keep your gaming experience positive at all times.
Set a Budget First
Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Do not play expecting to recover what you lose — think of any losses as the cost of entertainment.
Stick to a Time Limit
Decide how long you will play before each session and follow through. Keeping session reminders on makes this easier.
Do Not Play When Angry or Upset
Decision-making suffers when you are under stress. Avoid placing large bets when you are in an emotional state.
Do Not Chase Losses
Betting more to recover money you have lost is the most risky habit of all. If you take a loss, take a break.
Take Regular Breaks
Concentration drops during long sessions. Take short breaks every hour — it boosts enjoyment and reduces fatigue.
Understand Bonus Terms
The ho999 welcome bonus requires 25× wagering (on the bonus amount only). Read the terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
See Gaming as Entertainment
When you do not expect to earn income from gaming, every win feels like a bonus and a loss does not create stress.
Seek Help When You Need It
If you notice any of these signs, do not delay — contact ho999 support. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
